Who we are

This policy applies to the website https://shaymedico.ca, operated by Shay Médico-Esthétique, 111 Rue Chabanel Ouest #604, Montréal (QC) H2N 1C8. It describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with Quebec's Law 25.

Information collected and purposes

When you fill out a form on this site (notably the referral program forms), we only collect the information you provide: your name, your email and your phone number.

This information is used exclusively to: create and manage your referral code, send you that code and information related to the program, apply the applicable credits, and contact you about your sign-up. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Storage and security

Your information is stored in a secure database hosted by our infrastructure provider (Supabase), whose servers may be located outside Quebec. Access is restricted to the people who need it to administer the program, and reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) are in place to protect it.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as your participation in the program is active, then for the time required to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Once these purposes are fulfilled, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to the information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected if inaccurate or incomplete, withdraw your consent, or request its deletion. Simply write to us at the address below; we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation. If audience-measurement or advertising tools are added, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where required.
